Digital Product Nature

All products sold on CraftsForest are non-physical digital downloads. Once a product is purchased and delivered, it is considered "used" since the customer has instant access to the files.

Because of this nature, we generally do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once the order is successfully completed and the download link has been provided.

No Refunds After Download

We do not issue refunds under the following conditions:

  • You have downloaded the product files.

  • You changed your mind after purchase.

  • You purchased the product by mistake.

  • You do not have the required software to use the files.

  • You misunderstood the product description.
